- Your reservation is subject to availability. Our guest services team will respond to your request within 24 hours. The booking will be secured upon receipt of payment, followed by a personalized confirmation email
- The voucher is valid only on the specified date and time

- A compulsory Thai National Park fee is not included in the tour price and must be paid in cash on the day of the tour. The fee applies on a per-person basis

- Your driver will wait up to 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time at no additional cost. After this grace period, waiting charges may apply

What happens if the weather is bad?
For safety reasons, tours may be rescheduled or refunded in case of severe weather. If sea conditions are unsafe, we will offer free rescheduling or a full refund. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions page.
